Casa Tipaza

A small home set on the front line of the peninsula of Porroig Bay was completely demolished to make way for this modern, cubic masterpiece designed by architect Jaime Romano from Barcelona, taking shape over 12 months commencing from July 2005.

Due to an agreement with neighbours, the property could not be extended higher than the original, so the ground was lowered by three metres to accommodate the multi-level, spacious design, while strictly adhering to laws for building around the coastline. Pristinely manicured gardens, an infinity pool with a view straight to sea, a guesthouse, new gardens, paved areas and concrete walls completed the project.
